Education & Training
To learn about how to transform civil rights ideas into powerful and peaceful actions. Not all people are meant to be activists. Before deciding about any training, we need to first identify those who are the most committed to their cause and are willing to spend time, energy, and some resources. This group will be approached as potential leaders. The second group will be affiliates who lack leadership skills and are less committed than the first group; we may want to call them half-time fighters. Finally, the rest of the people or the general public will jump in when the movement has attained a high level of maturity. Each one of these three groups will receive tailored training.
