We support you organize and/or understand the process of organizing protests. Peaceful protest is defined as nonviolent resistance or action to express disapproval of political decision of government. Some experts refer to peaceful protest as civil resistance and assert that “it is an extra-institutional conflict-waging strategy in which organized grassroots movements use diverse and ever-evolving weapons, which include strikes, boycotts, mass demonstrations, lobbying, civil disobedience and many other tactics in accordance with the opportunities and challenges posed by the opponents.” RI-SE has a plethora of experts who have been working and studying the field of social movement.
